I like to swim!

Every Friday night, I go to swim class where Owen (my teacher) and I kick and splash and practice putting my face in the water. Then, we all go out to dinner. I normally have macaroni and cheese.

James is getting bigger!

At 6 months, James is 27 1/2 inches and 18lbs 6.5 oz. Pretty big for a little boy. He's eating solids now, sitting at the high chair or laying down or standing on his head. He'll eat any way and anything he can get his hands on. He's getting a bit fun to play with.

Lopez Island

Mommy's friend has a house in the San Juan Islands - Lopez Island, to be exact. We travelled by car, then ferry and finally arrived at the charming island. Everyone waved to each other; the beaches were lovely; the seals fun to tease; the hikes beautiful. I got to sleep on bunkbeds!

Helping Daddy Paint Baby's Room

We converted the office into baby's room and moved Mommy and Daddy's office into my old room. Daddy wasn't fond of the lemon and green for the office so I helped him paint the walls a rather boring shade of white. Painting walls was fun! Not sure if I'll be allowed to paint so freely on the walls again.
